Information you provide

When you contact us, we store your email address, optional name and message in a private WordPress inbox so the site administrator can review and respond. Submitted coupon details are held for editorial review. Store ratings and coupon feedback are also stored.

Ratings, cookies and abuse prevention

A first-party cookie called cm_voter lasts up to one year and allows a visitor to update an existing star rating instead of adding repeated votes. The rating record uses a hashed identifier. Short-lived rate limits use a hashed IP address to reduce abuse. Clearing cookies or switching devices can prevent recognition of an earlier vote.

WordPress may set authentication and preference cookies when administrators log in. Our hosting and security infrastructure may record technical request information, including IP addresses, for operation and security.

External websites

Retailer and affiliate links take you to other websites, which have their own privacy and cookie practices. Some store logos or images load from external sources, which receive the requests needed to display them. Our typefaces are hosted on this site.

How information is used and retained

We use submissions to answer requests, maintain the directory and prevent abuse. Administrators and service providers needed to host and operate the site may access the information necessary for those purposes. Messages and submissions remain until the administrator removes them; rate-limit records expire automatically. Copies may remain in hosting backups until those backups are replaced.

Your choices

You can manage cookies in your browser. To request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, use our contact form. Include only enough information to identify the request. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you.

Email subscriptions

When you sign up with consent, we store your email address, consent wording and time, and selected store interests in our private WordPress subscriber list. Email campaigns have not started; no email service is connected, and addresses are not yet confirmed through double opt-in. A private preferences link lets you unsubscribe. You may also contact us to unsubscribe or request deletion. We retain your subscription until you unsubscribe or request removal; an unsubscribed record may be retained to honor your preference.
